We are a European-style bakery, taking great pride in the quality of our desserts.  Lana, the head pastry chef and creative force for the shop, has a passion for culinary arts that focuses particularly on sweets.  She believes that the flavors in desserts should not be masked by an over-abundance of sugar.  Lana uses both strong and subtle flavors in her fine pastries, so the visual appeal of each creation is matched by the deliciousness of each bite.

Although most of Lana's recipes are French inspired, she has no limitations or constraints when it comes to creating desserts, and her delectable pieces of edible art take inspiration from all over the world.  Every dessert is made from scratch, utilizing fresh, natural ingredients of the highest quality.
